Early Years - learning about new life

We have had so much excitement around school about our new arrivals this April.  We have managed to hatch all of our ducks and chicks and we have one little duck who loves human contact and is super friendly.  His name is midnight.  More pictures to follow.  The children in the Early Years are really loving learning about new life and how to care for the birds.

Easter Eggstravaganza

At the end of term we held our annual Easter Eggstravaganza.  This year children had the opportunity to take part in a colouring competition, a decorated egg competition and a decorated hat competition.  The children had a great time at the event and we love singing our favourite Easter song - "Spring Chicken".

Below are some pictures of the winners and some of the amazing decorated eggs.  Winners all received a prize donated by the Holts Variety Store.
